Nature of the Service

uetr.ai is an information service: it queries supported publicly available transfer-status sources by UETR and presents available results to the user. It is not a bank, payment institution, e-money issuer, money services business or investment adviser, and does not move or custody funds.

Payments — merchant of record

Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record where Stripe Managed Payments applies. Stripe issues invoices and receipts, calculates, collects and remits applicable VAT/GST/sales tax in supported jurisdictions, and handles fraud screening and dispute resolution for the transaction.
