Nature of the Service
uetr.ai is an information service. It queries supported publicly available transfer-status sources by UETR, at the request of the person tracking the transfer and using details that person provides, and displays what those sources return. It does not verify what a source says and does not confirm the status of any payment. It holds the lookup inputs, query records, retrieved source responses and tracking events described in the Privacy Policy; it does not hold the payment institutions' underlying account, ledger or settlement records. It is not a bank, payment institution, e-money issuer, money services business or investment adviser, and does not move or custody funds.

Payments, merchant of record
Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record where Stripe Managed Payments applies. Stripe issues invoices and receipts, calculates, collects and remits applicable VAT/GST/sales tax in supported jurisdictions, and handles fraud screening and dispute resolution for the transaction.
