Merchant of Record Disclosure

When this applies

For an eligible transaction completed through Stripe Managed Payments, Link is the merchant of record and the checkout identifies the purchase as sold through Link. This arrangement applies only when shown at checkout. The checkout and receipt identify the seller for the payment.

Responsibilities

For a Managed Payments transaction, Link and Stripe handle the payment, supported indirect taxes, receipts and invoices, transaction support, fraud controls and disputes. uetr.ai supplies the information service and handles product support and its obligations under the Terms.

Terms, support and refunds

The payment is subject to the terms shown at checkout and the Stripe End User Terms. Billing questions and refund requests may be sent through our contact form or, for a Managed Payments transaction, through the Link support option on the receipt. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to requests made to uetr.ai.
