Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is issued by Sempre Relevante - Unipessoal Lda, trading as uetr.ai (the "Seller", "we", "us"). It applies to all paid purchases of the uetr.ai service, whether one-time or subscription.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid purchase. If you are not satisfied with uetr.ai for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. This applies to all customers worldwide, to both one-time purchases and the first payment of a new subscription, and is on top of any rights you may have under local consumer law (including the EU/UK 14-day statutory right of withdrawal).
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Additional refund situations
- Service failure: if the Service fails to function in a material way for a sustained period and we cannot remedy it, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the affected period, even outside the 30-day window.
- Accidental / duplicate charges: contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Subscription renewals: if you forget to cancel and are charged for a new period you did not use, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
EU/EEA consumers have, in principle, a 14-day right of withdrawal under Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014 (Directive 2011/83/EU). Because uetr.ai begins the requested digital service immediately, checkout asks you to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights may be limited or lost as permitted by law, including where the paid service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period. The 30-day money-back guarantee above is offered on top of any non-waivable statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Email billing@uetr.ai with the email address you used at checkout and (if you have it) your receipt number. We authorise the refund; Stripe, acting as merchant of record, executes it to your original payment method. Timing depends on the payment method and issuing bank. Any VAT/GST/sales-tax collected by Stripe is refunded by Stripe as part of the same flow.
What refunds do not cover
We do not refund losses arising from the underlying wire transfer itself, including delayed, returned, rejected or misrouted payments. uetr.ai is an information tool only and does not move funds or guarantee any payment outcome.
