Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-day guarantee

The initial charge for a paid uetr.ai plan, whether a one-time purchase or the first charge of a subscription, has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of that charge for a full refund. Later subscription renewals are not automatically covered by the guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation does not itself create a pro-rata refund right unless applicable law requires one.

EU consumer withdrawal

An EU consumer generally has 14 days from entering a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to legal@uetr.ai. Include your name, purchase email and enough information to identify the order.

If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you may be required to pay for the part supplied before withdrawal. The right can end after the service is fully performed only where the legal conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement, are met. The 30-day guarantee above remains available according to its terms.

Refund processing

For a guarantee or other refund request, use the contact form and provide the purchase email and, if available, the receipt number. Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary. Managed Payments customers may also use the Link support option on their receipt.

Underlying transfers

This policy concerns fees paid for uetr.ai. It does not cover losses or charges relating to the underlying wire transfer. uetr.ai does not hold or move transfer funds and does not guarantee a payment outcome.
