About uetr.ai

uetr.ai is a small, independent tool that does one thing: take a UETR you give it, query public SWIFT gpi trackers, and show you the status of your international transfer in a single readable timeline. We are not a bank, not SWIFT, not a payment processor, and we never see your money.

What uetr.ai does

  • ·Takes a 36-character UETR and checks public SWIFT gpi tracker sources for available status events.
  • ·Assembles the events into a plain-English timeline showing where the transfer is, which bank is delaying it, and what each status code means.
  • ·Re-checks day and night and emails you the moment the status changes, so you do not have to refresh, ask, or wait.
  • ·Translates raw SWIFT codes (ACSP, ACSC, ACCC, PDNG, RJCT) into the bank-portal wording you will see as a customer.

What uetr.ai deliberately does not do

  • ·Hold, move, custody, send, receive, or process funds of any kind.
  • ·Touch your online banking. No passwords. No OTP codes. No account access.
  • ·Release, cancel, recall, speed up or amend any underlying transfer. Only your sending bank can do that.
  • ·Provide regulated financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
  • ·Claim affiliation with SWIFT, any bank, or any payment network. We are independent. All names referenced are property of their respective owners.

Who runs uetr.ai

uetr.ai is operated by Sempre Relevante - Unipessoal Lda, a Portuguese limited company. We are a small, independent team. We deliberately do not hold a SWIFT membership, a banking licence, or a payment-institution licence. This is by design. The tool is a read-only metadata layer, not a regulated payment service, and keeping it that way keeps it simple and genuinely useful.

How uetr.ai works (methodology)

Compliance, audit and finance teams ask us this. The answer in four steps:

01/ You give us the UETR

You paste the 36-character UETR plus the amount, currency, payment date, and an email. That is it. No login, no bank credentials, no account numbers, no OTPs. The UETR is a public payment reference your bank generates, and sharing it does not expose your account.

02/ We query public sources

Our agent checks public SWIFT gpi tracker pages and any individual bank tracker portals that expose status by UETR. We do not have SWIFT member access. We do not have any back-channel data feed. We only read what is published.

03/ We translate the events

Raw SWIFT codes (ACSP, ACSC, ACCC, ACWC, ACWP, PDNG, RJCT) are mapped to the plain-English wording your bank likely uses ("in transit", "credited", "on hold") and to a recommended next step. The mapping is published on our status codes reference.

04/ We email when it changes

Our agent keeps re-checking the tracker on a schedule and sends you an email the moment the status changes, including to PDNG (compliance hold) or RJCT (rejected), where most customers want to be told right away. You do not refresh. You do not wait.

FAQ

Questions people ask about uetr.ai

Is uetr.ai a bank?

No. uetr.ai is not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter, e-money issuer, investment adviser, or SWIFT member. We do not hold, move, custody, send, receive, or process funds of any kind. We are a read-only information service that surfaces available SWIFT gpi tracker status for a UETR you provide.

Who runs uetr.ai?

uetr.ai is operated by Sempre Relevante - Unipessoal Lda, a Portuguese limited company. Stripe processes payments as Merchant of Record. The team is small, independent, and not affiliated with any bank, payment network, or SWIFT.

Is uetr.ai affiliated with SWIFT or any bank?

No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with SWIFT, any bank, or any payment network. All product, bank, and network names referenced on the site are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Where does the status data come from?

From public bank trackers, the parts of the SWIFT gpi tracking system that banks and SWIFT have made publicly readable, plus any public tracker pages individual banks have published. We do not have SWIFT member access. We never connect to your bank account, see your balances, or move money.

Why might you not find my transfer?

Two main reasons. First, the transfer may be too new. gpi events can take minutes to hours to appear, depending on how often the sending bank reports. Second, some legs of the payment may not be visible on any public tracker; banks publish what they choose to publish. We keep checking day and night and email you when tracker status appears or changes.

Is my data safe?

We only need the UETR (a public payment reference, not a credential), the amount, the currency, the payment date, and the email you want alerts sent to. We never ask for online banking passwords, account numbers, OTP codes, or anything that would let us touch your money. There is nothing for us to move.

Can uetr.ai release, cancel, or speed up my transfer?

No. We are strictly an information layer. For anything that requires action on the payment itself, such as releasing a held transfer, cancelling, recalling, amending, or applying fees, contact your sending bank directly.

Is the information legally binding?

No. All data shown on uetr.ai is provided "as is" for information purposes only. Public tracker data may be delayed, incomplete, or ambiguous. Always confirm the status of your transfer directly with your bank before acting on it.
