# Decline a team invitation

Decline an invitation addressed to the user behind this key or connection, using the token from their invitation link. Releases that pending seat without joining the team. It cannot decline another person's invitation or remove an active membership. Available on every plan.

`POST https://uetr.ai/api/v1/team/invitations/decline`

- Access: a key or connection with read and change access

## Request body
